14K Gold Plated Moonstone and Moissanite Star Threader Earring

Moonstone and moissanite share one curved bar, a threader earring built around the way light travels across a moving chain.

Gemstones

The moonstone carries a soft, milky sheen with a blue flash that shifts as the ear moves. Moissanite stars sit alongside it and throw a sharper white sparkle.

When the two tones sit in the same curved line, both stones stay visible from straight ahead instead of hiding behind each other.

Metal and Finish

The bar and drop chain are made from 925 sterling silver with 14K gold plating. The finish is nickel free and intended for sensitive ears. Each piece is made to order, so the metal is shaped and polished in sequence rather than pulled from stock.

Placement

Cartilage, helix, conch, daith, tragus and lobe piercings all take this length comfortably. The 18G weight stays light enough to leave in through a working day.

The Studio Notes

The design began with the fluid path of starlight, which is where the "starlight" idea comes from. It works alone on a helix or as the second piece in a stack. Keep it dry and store it in a soft pouch. Wipe it with a clean cloth after wear, and remove it before showering, swimming or exercising.
