Gold and Finish

The earrings are made to order in 14K gold, with 18K available on request, and can be struck in rose, yellow or white gold. Each stone is held in a four-prong setting with a push back that keeps the drop hanging straight.

Length

The "drop" measures 20 mm, roughly three quarters of an inch. That length clears the jawline on most wearers and reads as a finished earring rather than a stud.

Care

Prong settings hold up best when they are checked occasionally for looseness. Clean the diamonds in warm water with a drop of mild soap and a soft brush, rinse well and pat dry. Store the pair in its own compartment so the stones do not rub against harder pieces.
