Vintage Floral Moissanite Engagement Ring, Oval Cut

Vines travel along the band, flowers are cut into the shoulders, and an oval stone sits at the center. The pattern is antique rather than modern.

Design

Hand-carved floral work flanks the center stone, with vine engraving continuing around the band. Beneath the setting, a sculpted bridge carries raised scrollwork close to the finger.

Milgrain, the fine beaded line of metal, is worked along the edges. It gives the ring its period feel and softens the step between metal and stone.

The Stone

A "moissanite" in oval cut, 6x8mm, weighing approximately 1.5ct. Moissanite is a lab-created stone that reads colorless, with high brilliance and no color grading to consider.

Recycled gold and conflict-free stones are the only materials used in this design.

Metals and Sizing

Cleaning

A soft brush with warm water and mild soap reaches behind the setting without disturbing it; dry the ring fully afterwards. A pouch of its own keeps the carved edges from being rubbed by other jewelry.

Made to order, with production running several weeks before the ring is finished and checked.
